We've had many clients trying to sell a house with a current tenant where the furniture and decor is just not ideal for showing and MLS photos, where a vacant room would be much more preferable! We can help and give you exactly that!

This service includes a lot: removal of almost anything, including light fixutres, window treatments, carpets, etc... We can even replace the flooring and paint the walls as part of this service. It does not include, however, putting in new furniture and decor, upgrade to Redecorating if you also need that.

Please note, there are some limitations to this service. It can't solve 'hoarding' levels of clutter, but for the average tenant, we can remove all their furniture and decor no problems!
