Referral Program Terms of Service

The RetouchingPros Referral Program allows registered RetouchingPros users (a “RetouchingPros User”) to earn promotional coupon credits ("Account Credits”) toward future services by referring friends to RetouchingPros. To participate, RetouchingPros Users must agree to these terms, which become part of the RetouchingPros Terms of Service. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the RetouchingPros Terms of Service.

How to Earn Referral Account Credits

RetouchingPros Users can earn Account Credits towards future RetouchingPros services if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid RetouchingPros account that complies with our Terms of Service; and (ii) the referred friend completes the appropriate dollar amount of Qualifying Purchase(s). The RetouchingPros User agrees to not create multiple accounts for the purposes of earning Account Credits for themselves. The referring RetouchingPros User will be credited with the Account Credit amount described on the referral/invite section of their dashboard and/or accompanying promotional materials. The maximum total Account Credit per User will be $2,000 USD, unless expressively permitted by RetouchingPros administrators.

Qualifying Purchase

A Qualifying Purchase must have a total value indicated on the referral/invite section of their dashboard and/or or accompanying promotional materials, this amount is subject to change at any time. It must be booked and paid for via the RetouchingPros platform, and the referred friend must finish their purchase(s) and accept the final results before the RetouchingPros User can receive Award Credits. Referred friends who do not use the referral link when registering are not tracked by the referral program and are therefore ineligible for this promotion.

Redeeming Account Credits

Account Credits may only be redeemed via the RetouchingPros Site, Application and Services. Account Credits will automatically appear as Account Credit on the checkout page, and must be used on any purchase of services. Account Credits are coupons issued for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash. Account Credits may not be earned by creating multiple RetouchingPros Accounts. Account Credits accrued in separate RetouchingPros accounts may not be combined into one RetouchingPros account. If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Account Credits, please contact us. RetouchingPros may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at RetouchingPros sole discretion. You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of Account Credits.

Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for your personal and professional business network, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).

Referred Friends

Referred friends that have signed up using a valid referral link will also receive an Account Credit indicated in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials that can be used on their next Qualifying Purchase on RetouchingPros.

Multiple Referrals

A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple RetouchingPros Users, only the corresponding RetouchingPros User of the referral link used by the referred friend will receive Account Credit.

Severability

If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and Changes

RetouchingPros may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Account Credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the RetouchingPros Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

Account credits given as the result of promotions, referrals, bonuses, and other activities were the purchase of credits was not involved may be expired from time to time, after a reasonable timeframe has passed. This timeframe and expiration of credits will be at the discretion of RetouchingPros.com

The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Account Credits can change at any time.

Updates to the Terms

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the RetouchingPros.com website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
