1) What services do you offer?

We offer the following services:

  • Virtual Staging - Placing furniture/decor into photos of vacant rooms.
  • Virtual Decluttering - Removing clutter, furniture, decor, etc... from the photo.
  • Virtual Painting - We can change the color or texture of the walls, floor, cabinets, etc...
  • Virtual Redecorating - A combination of the Decluttering + Staging services, for rooms that have furniture that needs to be removed before being restaged.

2) How do I get started?

It's very simple, the website will walk you through the whole process. View our infographic.

a) First you will need to register for a free account here. Then activate your account from the link in your email inbox.

b) Login, and you'll be taken to your dashboard.

c) Start a project by giving your project a name and clicking the 'Start Project' button.

d) Upload your photos that you want us to work on.

e) For each photo, the website will walk you through selecing the service, providing instructions, and uploading reference photos. The most important step!!!

f) Verify your order, and then pay by credit card.

g) Your part is done! We'll notify you when your order is complete.

h) Upon completion, you'll have an opportunity to ask for revisions.

3) What's your turn around time?

Our typical order is completed in about 36 hours, though some projects can take up to 48 hours.
Due to the nature of the work, timing can vary on weekends, holidays, and other high volume spikes of orders all at once.
Quality and Customer Satisfaction are our priorities, and we will always take the time we need to get your order right, while working as quickly as we can!

4) Why do some photos take longer?

The photos require special software to prepare, stage, and render to get the final output. The size, resolution, and amount of objects place into the photo can effect the overall time required.

5) Where are you located?

We are based in the Chicago Suburbs, and our team of amazing artists are located in/around Zhytomyr, Ukraine.

6) How can I contact you?

7) What are your normal hours?

We're a small company, but dedicated to service our customers! We'll always answer the phone if we can, or call you back within a reasonable time frame, and we try to answer emails and support requests within 8 hours.

8) What if I don't like the results?

We are happy to provide revisions. Please see our Terms of Use for details. Ultimately, Doug, the owner, promises to make it right.
